Sometimes, hiring the perfect candidate requires much more in-depth consultation, planning and structure as well as confidentiality. In these cases, Gravity offers a 7 step retained search process.
• You work exclusively with Gravity until assignment completion
• The fee is paid in 3 stages – a 30% retainer at the outset, 30% at sign-off of the shortlist and 40% on successful completion.
• A meeting is held to enable us to prepare and agree an assignment brief
• Target candidates are identified and headhunted
• First interviews are conducted in person by Gravity and full candidate profiles are provided for shortlisted candidates
• You pay expenses arising from the interview process
• Final interviews are conducted by you with 2-5 shortlisted candidates
